We correct errors promptly and visibly.
What we correct
- Pricing errors (plan tiers, add-on costs, regional pricing)
- Feature misrepresentations
- Integration list errors
- G2 / Capterra / Trustpilot rating out-of-date values
- Regulatory or compliance mis-statements (SOC 2, GDPR)
- Broken external links or links to defunct companies (Bench, Botkeeper)
How to report
Reach out via Stephan Kulik's LinkedIn (see Imprint): (1) page URL, (2) the specific claim, (3) a primary source if possible.
Turnaround
- Factual errors: 72 hours of confirmation.
- Active pricing errors (high-volume pages): 24 hours.
- Structural errors (wrong rankings, outdated top-picks): 5 business days.
Disclosure
Material corrections are disclosed with a visible note at the top of the affected page stating what was changed and when. Minor typos do not require disclosure.
